This Privacy Policy does not apply to our clients, who manage the Personal Data they collect through their chosen Applicant Tracking System CRM, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only process Personal Data that is stored in our Platform under the direction of our clients. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data we process in connection with our clients’ use of our Platform. For example, if you apply to a job posted on a career page of a prospective employer that is one of our clients, your Personal Data will be transferred to their respective Applicant Tracking System CRM. However, the prospective employer remains the entity responsible for the processing of your Personal Data and you should contact that entity directly with any questions you may have regarding its privacy policies or data processing practices, and if you want to modify your Personal Data or delete it from our Platform. Any changes made to our clients' Applicant Tracking System data will subsequently reflect on our Platform as we update our data on a nightly basis.

Information We Collect

When you register as an Employer, request a demo of our Platform, request sales information, or request customer service, you will be asked to provide us with your company name, contact name, and email address ("Personal Data").

When you visit our website as a Client, we and our third-party service providers receive and record IP addresses, cookies, and visitor data (email logins) ("Personal Data"). This data is used to improve the platform, analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, navigate between pages efficiently, understand your preferences, and enhance your user experience.
